Free parking will be provided for cars and vans during build-up and breakdown for Cevisama. Vehicles needing to unload will be required to pay a deposit of 50€ in order to be able to access the perimeter of the pavilions. The deposit will be refunded providing the vehicle is not parked for longer than the permitted time of 1 hour. This deposit will also apply, on the days the fair is open, to catering, cleaning and maintenance vehicles, although these will be permitted to park for up to 2 hours.

On 21th, 22h,28th and 29th May the venue will be closed.

On 11th June, the LAST DAY OF BUILD-UP – Build-up must be completed by 14 h (2pm) on the 1st with no exceptions. The aisles must be devoid of pallets, materials and cutting tools in order to enable the work to prepare the pavilions to be carried out. All materials that may hinder the cleaning of the pavilion must be removed at this time.

On 12th June the venue will be cleaned, carpets will be laid and the stands and halls will be prepared. Vehicles will therefore not be permitted to enter.

Contractors will be forbidden to enter, with exhibitors only permitted to enter.

Failure to respect these deadlines will incur a fine of 2,000 € per stand.

The halls will be completely closed at 14 h. On 11th June

HEIGHT OF STANDS

Levels 2 and 3 – Halls 1,2,3 and 4: 6 metres (except for the Level 2 mezzanine, where the limit is 3.70 m)

DECORATING DURING BUILD-UP

ll facades that are more than 25% closed must be ornamented, decorated and lit and a design for this must be authorized by the Organizing Committee and by the Directors of Feria Valencia’s Technical Department

WASTE REMOVAL FORM

PACKING STORE-ROOM

During the build-up period – which ends on 11th June at 14:00 hours – FERIA VALENCIA will remove EMPTY PACKAGING so that it does not hinder the cleaning and carpeting that will be carried out once the stands have all
been built. It will be exhibitors’/contractors’ responsibility to indicate which packaging can be removed, to which end stickers provided by FERIA VALENCIA must be affixed to the packaging, in clearly visible place. The exhibitor’s name must be written on the sticker so that the packaging is able to be located later in the EMPTY PACKAGING STORE-ROOM that FERIA VALENCIA is providing free of charge.

FERIA VALENCIA IS OFFERING EXHBITORS A  SERVICE TO RETURN PACKAGING TO THEIR STANDS AT THE END OF THE FAIR. THIS SERVICE MUST BE REQUESTED VIA THE SERVICES DIRECTORY  (FORM NO 20 IN THE DIRECTORY).

Once build-up has ended no construction or other form of work will be permitted to be carried out nor will vehicles be allowed to enter the exhibition area.

Vehicles will however be permitted to drive around the outer perimeter roads in order to remove any last items of
packaging and any waste material created by build-up. At the end of of build-up exhibitors must leave the aisles and stands clear and free of any materials and packaging in order for the hall to be able to be cleaned and carpeted. For exhibitors’ convenience, waste containers will be place outside the halls and exhibitors will not be allowed to leave
any waste in the aisles. Any breach of this regulation will incur a fine of 100€.

Should exhibitors wish to re-use their packaging after the fair, they should inform FERIA VALENCIA’s technical department so that the latter can let them know where the EMPTY PACKAGING STORE-ROOM is that FERIA VALENCIA is providing free of charge.

As this store-room is being provided exclusively for packaging that is empty (and therefore of little value), it will have no security cover.
Exhibitors are therefore advised not to store any valuable goods there.
Feria Valencia will not be held responsible for anything that might happen to any goods left in the aforementioned store-room. Where an exhibitor gives no instructions regarding the packaging and should the packaging still be on the exhibition floor when cleaning starts, it will be removed and disposed of by the cleaning services from 14 h onwards on 11th June and Feria Valencia will not be held responsible for what happens to any packaging or its contents that are removed in this way.

Please remember…….

That in order to make the exit and removal processes easier and quicker it is no longer necessary to use the official removal forms; these forms have been withdrawn. The appropriate accreditations will however be required to be shown (contractors’ and/or exhibitors’ passes) and the requirement for all outstanding payments to have been made in order for merchandise to be removed will remain in force. To avoid any inconvenience when removing merchandise from the venue please ensure, therefore, that all payments have been made. Remember that for your convenience the Services Directory includes the Zero Form, which authorises Feria Valencia to debit the charges for the services requested from your account without them having to go through the Treasury.
