Attention: Services requested after May 16th may incur a 25% surcharge. To request the necessary services for your stand click here: Exhibitor Portal.
You can find your username and password in the e-mail we sent you, whose subject is “Access Credentials”.

Here you will have access to the catalog data and the control of the Visits to your Stand.
They must log in with their Exhibitor Username and Password.
Graphic Material
Insert a banner of the fair on your website to remember your presence at the event.
Communicate in your newsletters your participation in the fair and the activities you have planned during the event.
Insert trade fair and booth information into your email signature footer.
Insert a review of the fair in your advertising in specialized media
Invitations to customers - DIGITAL ENTRY
Send the electronic invitation provided by the contest. In this way your customers will be able to access the site for free and without queues.
If you want to have this tool, just send us your signature logo to the following email: camigo@feriavalencia.com
You will receive an email in Html format, which you can forward to your customers, so that they can access the registration on the Web and get free tickets.
You will be able to edit this email, before sending it, but always respecting the link of the INVITATION.
